VIB Vermögen AG, a company specialising in the development, acquisition and portfolio management of commercial properties, is adding another logistics centre to its property portfolio. The investment volume for the property amounts to approximately EUR 21.9 million, with an initial yield of 8.7 per cent.

VIB Vermögen growing with three new properties via in-house development and acquisition

VIB Vermögen AG, a company specialising in the acquisition, development and portfolio management of commercial properties, is expanding its real estate portfolio with three new properties from the logistics/light industry sector. While the two in-house developments are currently in the implementation phase, the third property relates to the purchase of a real estate asset that is already rented on a long-term basis. Each property is located in the economically strong southern German region. The total investment volume is EUR 30.6 million.

Annual General Meeting of VIB Vermögen passes a resolution to increase the dividend to EUR 0.51 per share

The Annual General Meeting of VIB Vermögen AG, a company specialising in the development, acquisition and portfolio management of commercial properties, has today passed a resolution to increase the dividend to EUR 0.51 per share (previous year: EUR 0.48 per share) by a large majority.
