The Fasion Mall in Munich is a B2B centre for presenting and ordering fashion collections. It is located in the Parkstadt Schwabing neighbourhood, not far from the city centre, ideal in terms of access by car and public transport alike. GEG acquired this object as part of an individual order from an Asian sovereign wealth fund.

The complex consists of a total rentable surface area of approx. 17,000 m². Metal hues are the namesakes for the two building parts: “Bronce” emphasizes premium fashion, while “Titan” focusses on trendy segments. Among the dozens of tenants from the fashion industry, practically all major brands are represented her. The Fashion Mall, finished in 2008, excels by its extraordinary building standard featuring excellent infrastructure and equipment – from the workshop area and the professional showroom all the way to automatic cooling and sun protection for the entire building. Together with the clever use of natural light, this results in attractive operational cost benefits.
