VIB Vermögen AG has been a member of the European Public Real Estate Assocation (EPRA) since 2011. Based in Brussels, the organisation represents the interest of major Euopean pro­perty companies vis-à-vis the General public and helps them raise their profile. Since 2018, VIB Vermögens AG has met EPRA’s high transparency requirements with its financial reporting and has been awarded the Gold Award in the highest category every year.

Extraordinary General Meeting on 12 February 2026

The Extraordinary General Meeting of VIB Vermögen AG will take place on Thursday, 12 February 2026, 10:00 a.m. (CET) (=09:00 a.m. UTC (coordinated Universal Time)) as a virtual general meeting without physical presence of the shareholders or their proxies.

InvestorPortal

The password-protected InvestorPortal will be available to shareholders here from Wednesday, 21 January 2026. The access data for the InvestorPortal will be sent with the personal invitation documents.

Shareholders can use the InvestorPortal to register and exercise their shareholder rights, in particular their voting rights. Voting rights can only be exercised by electronic postal vote or by granting authorization and issuing instructions to the proxies appointed by the company, even if third parties are authorised.

The entire Extraordinary General Meeting will be broadcast live for shareholders and their authorised proxies via the InvestorPortal.
