The Garden Tower in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district is one of the first high-rise buildings ever erected here. Its two tower elements show their very own polygonal form – characteristic and unique from the outside, providing very versatile office spaces inside.

Modernising the Garden Tower according to plans of KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten endowed the building first and foremost with state-of-the-art building technology. One highlight are the 12 double-floor winter gardens cut into the facade. This top piece of real estate has an excellent and very affluent, as well as diversified, tenant structure, among them the German subsidiaries of the Société Générale and Intesa Sanpaolo banks.
