The “Infinity Office” office building is an architectural feature in the form of a horizontal figure of eight in the renowned Kennedydamm office submarket in Düsseldorf and is characterised by selected sustainability features.

Built in 2020, the “Infinity Office” in Düsseldorf has around 20,500 sqm of rental space. Office users have 265 underground parking spaces at their disposal. Due to the excellent infrastructure and the very good connections to public transport and road traffic, other well-known companies have also opted for a location on the attractive Kennedydamm in addition to the main tenant Bankhaus Lampe KG.

Inside and out, the modern six-storey office building is a special feature among the structures in Düsseldorf’s Golzheim district. In addition to the dynamically designed facing façade with floor-to-ceiling, large-area exterior windows, the interior design and floor space layout have been conceived with the future in mind. From the spacious roof terrace of around 800 sqm, the office users look out onto two quiet and leafy inner courtyards.

The “Infinity Office” was built taking into account ecological, economic, socio-cultural and functional sustainability criteria and was awarded “Gold” by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) due to its high degree of sustainability.
