The “Ordnungsamt Frankfurt” is a long-term, fully let office and administration building that was acquired at the end of 2020 for the largest special fund in the company’s history to date.

GEG German Estate Group has added the “Ordnungsamt Frankfurt” to the portfolio of the special fund, which consists of core office properties with long-term leases and first-class tenants. With 1.6 billion euros, it is the largest special fund by volume for a group of German institutional investors.

Under the roof of the “Ordnungsamt Frankfurt” office and administration building in Kleyerstraße, a number of Frankfurt city authorities share office space of around 26,500 sqm. Efficient floor plans and high space flexibility allow for single-tenant and multi-tenant use.

The six-storey, architecturally modern and timeless building winds its way through the Gallus district of Frankfurt in the form of a 300 m long building loop that traces the curving movement of the nearby railway tracks to the south.
