Since 2018, the dynamically growing Munich neighbourhood of Pasing has been home to another groundbreaking project under GEG responsibility. “Pasing Central” is the successful result of comprehensive refurbishment plus newly erected buildings – a small, central neighbourhood featuring exclusive apartments, offices, and retail surfaces.

As its name suggests, “Pasing Central” is located close to the centre, with ideal transport connections: in walking distance to the Pasing train station and the main line of the Munich suburban trains. Part of the excellent infrastructure is the prominent shopping centre “Pasing Arkaden” right across the street. The responsible architects are the renowned studio msm Meyer Schmitz- Morkramer Main GmbH.
